This is a new business. While the wait staff is pretty much not versed in gluten free, the chef is very well trained. GF pizza is handled separately. They made it on clean aluminum pans, use dedicated cutters and peelers in a dedicated spot in the kitchen.
The waitress delivered my food wearing clean gloves.
The pizza was absolutely delicious and I've had no reactions or issues from it.
The cost and size of my pizza was the same as my friends regular pizza (which was a refreshing change,)
Second visit on May 24th was even better than the first. The waitress who was there today was very helpful and knowledgeable. The pizza was fabulous and well made! I highly recommend!
