We found this restaurant on this app. We had an absolutely delightful evening out with them! The first question from our waiter was to ask if there were any allergies or sensitivities to make the kitchen aware of.
To start, complementary GF bread with a lovely miso glazed Brussels Sprout. We had their smoked trout deviled eggs, which were absolutely delightful.
My wife had Steak Frittes, I had the braised short ribs. Both of us were delighted with our wonderful entrees.
We also enjoyed a glorious bottle of French Apple Cider, which was one of many cider options.
After dinner there were complementary GF sherbet cookies.
It was a first rate dining experience, clearly aware of and willing to meet the needs of patrons with specific food needs.
We would go back in a heartbeat.

I’ve been eating here for years. Excellent food, and very accommodating for allergies. Many items are naturally GF, and the staff is knowledgeable.

Avoid coming here if you have celiac. I ordered eggs with gluten free bread and they put the eggs on the white bread and gave me a side of gluten free toast. They “fixed it” and promised it was all new ingredients. I never got so sick.

Excellent food and was easy to order and modify food and good employees. I stressed that I had an allergy and felt confident based on my conversation I would be ok. Got a burger (bunless) and salad, ordered a beet and goat cheese salad as an app. Bonus when we.were in all the deserts they had were GF. I got excited an ordered 2! I was skeptical when they arrived, and one had cookie crumbles so I just passed it to my husband, the server noticed and came over to ask if I didn't like it, and I explained I was nervous because of the cookies and she walked me through the GF cookie crumbles and some of the prep. Then I got to enjoy both deserts fully!

Our hotel concierge highly recommended this establishment (as well as their sister “Stoneacre Garden”) as being very accommodating. It’s a lovely place and the serving staff asks each table about allergies. They have USO’s bread for the table and the waitress was very knowledgeable about which items on the menu could be prepared GF. Really wonderful experience.
