The kitchen staff is really well trained and will lay out all of the gluten free options for you. Their frier is unfortunately shared with other gluten-containing food, but their catch of the day can be made gluten free. They also said that their poke is fine, as well as a couple other dishes. I didn’t have any reaction after and I really enjoyed the meal!
