0/10 would not recommend. Not celiac safe. They say they are knowledgeable about allergies and that the seasoning in their steaks is not GF. After making it very clear we needed GF also free from cross-contamination, the steaks were brought to the table all together in the same plate, and were handled by the same utensil. Besides the gluten contamination, the quality of the meat is really bad for the price. I wouldn't go back even if it was safe.
