I asked the waiter about gluten free options and he ensured a recommendatio. When they brought it out, I said “is this the gluten free pasta”. He then said, “it’s 80% gluten free”. I’m a little unsure why he didn’t say that when he recommended the meal.

The pasta is not actually gluten free at all. The low-gluten 20% made with wheat flour!! VERY DANGEROUS. Should be removed from menu immediately-such an item has no point and if you don’t have a good waiter/salesperson for catering you can end up very very ill.
DANGEROUS. Their gluten free pasta is actually low gluten-meaning 20% of the flour in the pasta is WHEAT FLOUR. Very dangerous, don’t understand the point of a less-gluten pasta. Should be removed from their menu ASAP.

Heads up— the “gluten free” pasta is only 80% gluten free!! They were very open about the chance for contamination in their kitchen, but were able to make me a salmon salad that didn’t make me sick.

This might be a wonderful restaurant but they were very clear when we arrived that they do not have designated gluten free spaces and no gluten free pasta. It is a low gluten pasta.

A drop in pasta production outfit owned by foodies that sells at farmers markets, to restaurants etc. they've apparently been working with celiacs and Italians to make the most authentic tasting gluten- free pasta possible. We picked up some gluten free fettuccini at the farmers market yesterday and had it last night. I can honestly say BRAVO! It was the best gluten free pasta I've ever, ever had!!!!!
