Though no entrees are typically gluten free, everything is cooked to order, and the staff is happy to modify a recipe by excluding breadcrumbs or wheat flour. My server was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He happily went through my entree and side options with me, and reassured me that everything he brought out was gluten free (and not in a way that drew attention of the rest of the table). A very good experience.
