Everything that can be made gluten free is labeled, however - making it gluten free must remove all the flavor because everything was very bland. The "crispy" chicken is only boiled when ordered gluten free, but it doesn't say that on the menu. Service is PAINFULLY slow and insanely unorganized. And we are the only customers here.

Strait's Cafe is a long-time Burlingame restaurant that serves very tasty Singaporean-Californian food and great cocktails. They recently re-designed their menus to specifically place GF next to gluten-free items. We find the staff reasonably GF knowledgeable, though the kitchen makes gluten-containing food as well, so there is the possibility of cross-contamination.
