Strang Hall

Safety varies. Strang Hall is a food hall, meaning there are several, separate kitchens. You have to really question when you order. Some kitchens are very conscientious. Fenix and Solstice are pretty conscientious. But a cook at another kitchen argued with me that it was okay to fry gf foods in the same fryer as non- gf foods. Food is generally very tasty, but you have to really question the staff to make sure the preparation is gluten free.
