They are aware of gluten, as evidenced by their menu labels and their waitstaff. However, I am skeptical of the accuracy of some of these labels. For instance, among the items labeled GF, there were some breadcrumbs and malt vinegar mayo listed. The waiter did say the fries have a dedicated GF fryer though!
