We went in after going to the Ice Castles, and it was slammed! I was hoping that was a telltale sign we were about to get something good-and boy, did we! I had the Kung Pao Cauliflower bowl and it was outstanding-I had to take almost half of it home because it was so much food! We also had the poutine, which was delicious-the gravy is insanely rich! I didn’t have any reactions. We will definitely be back next time we are up in the area

Most of the menu is gluten free, ALL fryer’s are gluten free! Fried chicken, fries , poutine, brisket, tacos, sandwiches, burgers. AMAZING food!!! A must go for Celiacs! The kitchen staff goes above and beyond to give a safe environment for Celiac.

Get there early food is amazing and sells out quickly by dinner time! Very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. Dedicated fryers. Amazing fried chicken and hand cut fries! Also had vegan and vegetarian options…highly recommend! Open Thurs-Sunday.

I ordered the fried scallop plate. The scallops were yummy. The fries were not as crispy as I like them. The meal was served with 3 small containers of cole slaw, homemade ketchup, and some chipotle aioli. I salted everything heavily, and would have preferred to have Heinz ketchup. I'll try something else if I come back.

Highly recommend! Cute little food truck stop not far off the beaten path. My boyfriend has celiac and they were extremely accommodating! We both got the pulled pork sandwiches and they were absolutely delicious! Tangy, sweet, slightly spicy bbq sauce and probably about 5-6 oz of pork on toasted seasoned Texas toast. My boyfriend got the fries as well and those were skinny crispy and tasty too! Will definitely add this to our list of must stop places when we’re in the area!

Stopped by today after hiking with my celiac teen! Amazing GF fried chicken and fries, and they even had GF Brooke’s wrapped! Would definitely recommend!

Str Eatz was an amazing food truck. Plenty of gluten free menu items, gluten free bread, and all of their fryers are gluten free, so their fried chicken and everything else fried is gluten free. They were fast, kind, and made delicious food. We had the zucchini fries (battered, seasoned, fried), and the chicken sandwich (fried chicken) with gluten free bread. Again, wonderful place and very gluten free friendly.
