Their menu offered gluten free pizza dough, but when I inquired as to whether the pizza was prepared in a dedicated area, I was told it was not. After another clarifying question, the attendant reassured me that the manager had stated that even though there was cross contamination risk, the oven heats up high enough to kill the “bacteria.” That was enough information for me to know I would not trust the locale to be celiac friendly.
