Strong Waters Craft Cocktails and Kitchen

The server was knowledgeable about ingredients, but there wasn't much I could eat. The bbq sauce contains gluten and they use flour tortillas. The drinks were great, though.

— Good

No dedicated gluten free menu, but the servers are well-educated about what’s safe (for ex, the risotto is made with a chicken broth with a gluten base). There aren’t a plethora of gluten free options, but what I’ve had (chicken, steak, steak on fire) has been delicious
