The menu is clearly marked with gluten free options and they have gluten-free bread. I asked if it would be possible to do a toastie, the waitress checked and said the chef said it depended on how sensitive I was. They recommended against it due to celiac. I had the oyster mushroom open faced sandwich with Avocado and vegan truffle mayo instead and it was amazing!! I will be back on my future trips to Amsterdam. It’s also in a cute neighborhood!
