Review of Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream

Very allergen friendly facility, of all allergies (not strictly gluten/wheat). All of the desserts are made to order in completely separate, individualized bowls with freshly cleaned and sanitized utensils! One can create hundreds of different flavor and mix in combinations. The staff is also very knowledgable, and all allergies are handled by a supervisor (even though all staff is trained). Have never gotten sick, highly recommended!
