The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. They will ask you if you would like your food prepared from the bean or from food preparations that have not been exposed to bread. They also have gluten-free brownies and two kinds of gluten-free soups if they are served that day.

subway has protein bowls now— any salad and toppings with meat option. a tad expensive but finally get to eat at subway when that’s the only option at times

Booo! They had one bun offering for us that was really tasty, but they decided it wasn’t worth their while to offer them anymore (all locations). It’s not worth my while to visit them anymore. :(
