I Agree with the other reviews about this subway. The employee asked if I was allergic, I said yes and he started cleaning counters and changed gloves. 👍👍👍

This was the first Subway that we tried the GF bread so we were worried at first. However we had a VERY knowledgeable staff member. Felt 100% safe eating here. He changed his gloves and washed his hands and touched nothing but the bread and vegetables, had coworkers wipe down counters, open and close toaster, put sauces on for him so he didn't touch bottles and everything! They had the GF bread and the GF brownies which were delicious. Highly recommend this location.

We used to eat salads here all the time, and never had a problem. Now they have the GF bread which is even better. We usually get the club, so it has lots of meat; and we always toast it because it holds together better that way.

Have the gluten free sub buns! Have a procedure to change gloves with the gluten free buns. have a list of gf meats and other ingredients. The lady after me had a ham allergy and they changed gloves without any issue, either. Probably would accommodate an allergy the best they could without problems. Nice experience.

There are several categories for gluten free food... Barely edible, edible and actually good. The new gluten free buns at Subway fall into the actually good category. In fact they are some of the best gluten-free bread I've tasted. Finally I can get healthy food on the fly that tastes good. Kudos to the owner of this franchise.Gluten free Spokane will be the path to your door.I did not ask them if the buns were celiac safe, however they are in their own plastic wrap. My friend who is celiac ate there and did not have symptoms.

One of the few Subways left in DFW that serves gluten-free bread [Rich's brand] and French Meadow brownies. Server double gloved. And put down 2 bread sheets. Took meat from bottom of pile. Carefully put on toppings. After sauces applied server removed 1 set of gloves to wrap my sandwich. No cross contamination in front of my eyes.

Was told no she asked manager and got anther eye roll and same response. I was so embarrassed. It was full of people staring at me. The yelled it across the store. Terrible experience I won't go again ever!

All Subway locations are trained in preparation of gluten free items. This location in particular is very acommodating and all staff have been personally trained by the manager. I eat there at least once a week and the great thing about Subway is that you can watch them make the food. All precautions to avoid cross contamination are taken. The gluten free bread is even very tasty and supposedly they will be rolling out an even better recipe soon.

Told them I was Celiac and they changed gloves, used whole new trays and made absolutely sure to avoid cross-contamination. Ate my sandwich with veggies and sauce and felt fine afterwords. Very impressed. However, I wish I could have a sub just like everyone else and not that overpriced little bun that felt like less than a 6 inch.

Gluten free buns at Subway! We ate there this evening. Each bun is individually wrapped and a disposable knife is used fresh with each order. You have to do your research on what you can order in terms of meats, etc, but still worth it to have yet another option in the GF world! Some Subway's even have GF brownies! Not this one.

Heard about subway having gf bread so I stopped after work for a sandwich. I was told they do not have gf bread but the bread contains 2% or less of wheat. After hearing this I realized the staff clearly isn't trained on gluten free. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone that is gluten free

I appreciate the GF bread but I recommend going during non-busy hours. If you ask for GF bun during the lunch rush you're going to get some dirty looks as they have to go get a frozen GF bun, defrost it, wash hands and change glove, etc. and they can't work on any other sandwiches, etc. it really slows down their process. The GF bread is a bit dry and crumbly. I do appreciate the option though.
