No gf options
I appreciate the GF bread but I recommend going during non-busy hours. If you ask for GF bun during the lunch rush you're going to get some dirty looks as they have to go get a frozen GF bun, defrost it, wash hands and change glove, etc. and they can't work on any other sandwiches, etc. it really slows down their process. The GF bread is a bit dry and crumbly. I do appreciate the option though.
Told them I was Celiac and they changed gloves, used whole new trays and made absolutely sure to avoid cross-contamination. Ate my sandwich with veggies and sauce and felt fine afterwords. Very impressed. However, I wish I could have a sub just like everyone else and not that overpriced little bun that felt like less than a 6 inch.
Awesome! They changed gloves, used clean paper, and knife. Bread comes pre-wrapped. Overall a good experience but they do use the same ingredient boxes so I stayed away from the heavily used ones.
Gluten free buns at Subway! We ate there this evening. Each bun is individually wrapped and a disposable knife is used fresh with each order. You have to do your research on what you can order in terms of meats, etc, but still worth it to have yet another option in the GF world! Some Subway's even have GF brownies! Not this one.
Heard about subway having gf bread so I stopped after work for a sandwich. I was told they do not have gf bread but the bread contains 2% or less of wheat. After hearing this I realized the staff clearly isn't trained on gluten free. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone that is gluten free
