That didn’t age well. Asked the person taking my order questions about the crab. I should have known. It was imitation, but he said it was GF. I had never heard of GF imitation crab, but he said yeah it’s special, comes from Tailand. I was duped. I suppose it also could have been the tuna? Hope not.

Perhaps some items are safe, but don’t believe that the imitation crab is. Lots of questions needed to be sure at this place. I wish it had been discovery I initially thought.

Previous post. Stumbled upon This place because Tacoparty was closed on a Monday. Downtown GJT. No separate menu but very knowledgeable staff and able to do most things GF. Even the imitation crab is special GF.

Take out bar I’m back. Knows a lot. Have a glass of wine while waiting for takeout
