Sueño was absolutely delicious and the vast majority of their menu is gluten-free with no substitutions. They are able to fry things separately to avoid cross-contamination. The masa they use for chips and tortilla shells is incredible! 10/10, no notes.

The food is great and it is a fun environment. The staff are knowledgeable and will double-check with the kitchen if you have any concerns about the food. Chips are gluten-free and celiac-safe. Not all of the tacos are GF so make sure to ask before you order! Highly recommend it, the food is delicious but it is pretty expensive.

Sueño has a majority gluten free menu and is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to! I recommend discussing the menu each time you visit because their menu changes frequently.
