Sugar & Spices Restaurant

This is now called Sugar and Spicy - saw one review on here and thought we would give it a go - they are super clued up on gluten free - they have gluten free pasta and pizza (think it was €1.50-€2 extra for GF) or you could have any of the fish or steak without sauce (there’s lots of choices) - I had grilled prawns with Canarian potato and they came back (after serving me the food) to reassure me that the sauces with the potato were gluten free - the sauces with the potato were surprisingly amazing - you really have to try them - such reasonable prices compared to other restaurants in the area - amazingly friendly staff and really knew their stuff on the GF front
