Sugar Bowl

All but two kinds of ice cream were gluten free which is great. Unfortunately the person we ordered from made a big stink about having to go in the back to get ice cream from a new carton. We waited a long time and realized she forgot about us. She was not apologetic for forgetting us. She asked someone to help us and luckily he was very nice and got us her order right away. I think if we would have gotten him right away our experience would have been great.

We only ate ice cream so I can't comment on the food but the staff was amazing when it came to my daughter's celiac. I reviewed the menu and picked what I thought she could have. Before ordering, I asked the waiter my usual questions - any touching, can we get new spoons in the ice cream containers, etc - and before I got to my list, he was already worrying about the ice cream ingredients for me! He wanted to make sure there were no 'hidden' ingredients so he tracked down an allergen list so I could review it - without me asking! Way to go above and beyond!! And FTR, she had the desireme banana split (huge and yummy!)
