A friend brought a raspberry chocolate mousse dessert as a hostess gift, knowing that we needed to eat gluten free. It was delicious, and beautifully prepared and presented. The raspberry layer in the mousse was delicate, just the right amount ... and the chocolate wafers wrapping the edge of each dessert made for a fun "deconstructed" presentation.
