They mark their menu but it’s largely inaccurate. Most GF options are in a shared fryer and are not safe. Apparently they even have a separate fryer but use it for vegetarian dishes(??).
They do have a couple actually safe options, like the salmon and steak onigiri. But it’s a bit of wasted potential and feels like a bit of a bait that they boast being Gluten-accommodating when they really aren’t
