The staff was knowledgeable about allergies. The GF pizza is cooked on its own pans and served separate from the regular pizza. It also comes out on its own tray. The pizza is very thin crust.

We just stopped in asked about a gluten free pizza. They bake them in the same oven on the same surface as the regular pizzas, but reportedly keep the gf crust in the original tin it comes in. They also offer gf buns.
