Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend to coeliacs. The waiter said the GF pizza would be ‘cooked before the others’ .. and when questioned further they said ‘it’s ok because the heat kills the gluten’ .. he also made a comment that ‘there is flour everywhere in the kitchen’ .. we were there with a party of 10, if we hadn’t we would’ve walked out at that point. Ended up having a risotto dish for safety.

Been going to Sul Lago for years and was devastated when I was diagnosed gluten free. They now do gluten free pasta and pizza and it’s still as good!
Gluten free garlic bread and pizza and they can do gluten free pasta. Manager / owner is well informed and he came out to ask how serious my allergy was or if it was Coeliac. When I told him it was Coeliac he explained there was flour in the air but that they would wipe everything over and when they make a gluten free pizza they stop using normal flour during that time. Food is really good.
