We enjoyed our evening in this restaurant. Nicely decorated in mediterranean style, they serve very good mediterranean food (mainly Greek and libanese influences - very tasty). Staff was well aware of celiac requirements and risk of cross contamination.

The waitress knew what gluten intolerance meant, so I felt safe. We could get veggies and a dip with nice herbs that tasted nice. For the main dish it was difficult: they put pita bread on the grill, so if you order anything that is grilled it will be contaminated. Most of the menu has grilled things in it, so I ended up with the quinoa beet salad that our waitress recommended. When I got it, I saw that it had so much dressing that it looked almost like soup. The dressing was very sour ( lots of vinegar) so I did not eat a lot and it was pretty disappointing to me.

Yummy food and waitstaff was able to identify all GF options and even allowed some side dish substitutions without any issue. Chicken Shawarma and chicken kabobs were delicious.

Went here for dinner based on the other stellar reviews.
When we ordered, our waitress said that she had a gluten allergy and that they take cross-contamination very seriously with separate prep areas and allergy protocols.
Was really enjoying my salad until I found a french fry in it. When I asked, they confirmed that the french fries are not gluten free.
I should have inspected my food more thoroughly, because I was sick not long after.
If you have celiac or an allergy, steer clear of this place. They don’t take cross-contamination seriously, despite what they claim.

My family is gluten free and everything we ordered was safe and delicious! It’s been so long since we have had gyro meat and it was worth the wait! We also had hummus and grape leaves for an appetizer-yum!! The lamb chops we also amazing! The staff seemed very knowledgeable and if we are in town again we will definitely eat here!

I ordered the gyro platter and hummus/grape leave appetizer. They brought me vegetables for dipping, and the gyro meat was the best I’ve ever had. So tender! Highly recommend.

This is the best food in Moab and it happens to be almost all gluten free! I got the chicken kebab, rice, salad and hummus and fresh veggies. SO GOOD. I have celiac, and felt great. It’s a gem.
