Really nice choices for smoothies and juices - I specified that I had celiac and the younger gal making the smoothies was knowledgeable and helpful. When checking out, I looked to see if I could find gluten free tea, and they had none. The older lady at the check out asked if tea was not gluten free always. That was concerning - so avoid those.

My husband and I went for lunch. I eat gluten free, but he doesn't. We were hoping to get something for both of us. I asked about the wraps and was told they were all gluten free. Then the young man asked me if I wanted whole wheat or spinach wrap. Of course neither of those are gluten free. I began to lose confidence that he knew what he was talking about. My husband didn't find anything he wanted to eat, so got a smoothie. My Waldorf Chicken wrap was very good. The pumpkin soup was average. I thought it was rather expensive. Our total was over $22. Should probably get $$ instead of $.

Best place for GF ingredients, homemade soups, and other heathy items on the island! We were lucky enough to walk in right as they were pulling fresh-from-Whole pumpkins pumpkin pie out of the oven before Thanksgiving. What a treat!!

They have a lot of options here as they'll make sandwiches on GF bread or wrap. I had a turkey wrap with vegetable beef soup- all GF. I enjoyed them both. Nice outdoor seating option too in nice weather. Would recommend this place to others. Store has good variety of GF items. Prices about normal for gluten free.
