Sumo Japanese Sushi And Hibachi Grill

I went there tonight and they said they could do the entire meal gluten free for me. They said they could basically make anything on the menu gluten free which seemed suspicious to me. They do cook food on separate grill in the back from the Hibachi grill. But who knows if that grill is really safe. I was skeptical at first and should have trusted my gut that they didn’t know how to make something gluten free. I had an immediate reaction about 10 minutes after eating. Don’t go, you will get sick.

Great food, informed servers. God variety of GF options including GF Hibachi menu. I had sashimi. They have GF soy sauce.
