I’d never even heard of Halva before but it’s very good. It’s being sold from a SumSum kiosk near the Apple Store in the KOP mall. (It’s pronounced “soom-soom”, not “Summ Summ”) It’s a dessert made from sesame seeds, a small amount of sugar, and flavorings. It can be eaten alone, mixed with oatmeal or ice cream, in a smoothie, etc. Havla does not need to be refrigerated and will stay good for months. SumSum also sells GF teas and non-GF items such as baklava (in a different station)
