The owner explained that the prep area is sanitize between each order and happily listed the ingredients in spicy sauce. I had 3 different rolls (Wasabi, Spicy, & Philly) and used my Tamari sauce from home. I didn’t have any issues later so I’m happy to know there’s another option for me when date night rolls around.
