As a tourist I liked this place because it was a attraction and a restaurant all in one. Seats are FCFS but the line moves quickly if you have a small party. I asked about the brisket hash, and the waitress rattled off the ingredients in detail (including what they use to make their bearnaise — no flour). I was hesitant to order it since the kitchen had a ton of gluten but I didn’t end up having any issues.

This a very cool restaurant, but only for breakfast. Eggs and bacon were the only real things on the menu someone needing GF could order.
