Not very knowledgeable about gluten free, she had to look on a sheet what I could have. I then asked if I could get a mix in but that it would be mixed on the slab where all the other gluten items touch. I asked if I could have it mixed in a separate bowl, the girl was very confused and tried to give me the mix in separate from my ice cream. When I tried explaining again she just stared at me dumbfounded. Overall not a great experience but the ice cream was tasty.

Staff knew exactly what was gluten free. Lots of great options!

Very knowledgable about gluten in the ice cream. Not so much about the toppings. If you do get toppings, dont let them mix it on the slab as everything touches that.
