I ordered takeout and it was very good. I was the only customer at the time and the kitchen was not making other orders so I felt very safe. When I asked if they cleaned or changed gloves she asked if I was celiac and that she could note that in the order which I was very happy about. I am curious what their procedure is when other meals are being made though.
