This is my second time coming to Sunny side up. The last time was a couple of years ago and the lady was so knowledgeable. Again today don't remember if it's the same lady or not but super knowledgeable and has taken care of my daughter and I with celiac disease and also multiple allergies for my daughter. The prep area on one side at the kitchen does basically eggs and meats. So we are eating pork chops and we can get hash browns because they are made on the side where there is no gluten. Vegetables or supposed to be a vegetable stir-fry she is making them as a steamed vegetable for us
