The food was alright. They have a few gf options that were good. Salmon (no sauce), shrimp scampi, steak, tuna, and chicken. The can bring out chips instead of bread. Overall it was good, the staff was knowledgeable.

GF items marked on menu. We only went for dessert, there were 2 GF choices: crème brûlée or chocolate soufflé (that one takes 30 minutes). Very nice ambiance, looking down on the lights of the Moab valley. Lots of outdoor seating. Open open for dinner.

Gluten free items are marked on the menu. I was also able to confirm any other of my allergies or sensitivities were not in my dish. Never got my corn chips though. Ha, ha.

They had a variety of gluten free options and I've had no reactions to anything served. A note is even you say you're Celiac, you still need to remind them to take the croutons off your salad. The steak was delicious though, as was the chocolate souffle dessert!

Had a fantastic meal! Items are clearly marked GF on menu and server made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even brought corn chips instead of bread to make sure I had carbs before my entree! I am super sensitive Celiac and had zero reaction. Will go again for sure!

A few entrees were marked GF on the menu. I had the honey pecan chicken. It was alright. They substituted bread for corn chips.

The waiter was very kind but forgot to leave the croutons off of the salad and things like that.

The kitchen was willing to make substitutions for other dietary restrictions but there weren’t a lot of options if dairy free or vegetarian.
