Manager: You're celiac? Well... I don't mean to turn you away... but... . I mean there's flour all over the kitchen. All of our cooks will be touching regular bread and then touching your food.

Me: Thanks for your honesty. Bye.

They used to be GF friendly but are not any longer. I was shocked that they basically told me that they couldn’t guarantee that anything other than eggs would be GF. Previously they were happy to use separate pans, workspace, etc but I guess not anymore. The waitress offered me fruit instead of toast and hash browns (since the toaster and griddles are shared with wheat). What she didn’t tell me was that she was charging me an extra $3 for the fruit.

Definitely won’t be back!

So delicious! Waiter Kevin explained there wa as shared Dyer and grill, and walked me through the menu and what could be made GF. Fast, hit and delicious food. Note, come early at meal times as this place is super popular. Yum!

Super friendly locals kind of place. Was hoping for more GF lunch options...they basically just have bread and fruit/coleslaw as side options. Chips and fries are made in a shared fryer. Servers were knowledgeable and super nice about the whole GF issue though so that counts for a lot in my book.

**update** I’ve been for breakfast three times now and each time have been sick afterward. So breakfast is dangerous but lunch is better!

The waitress basically told us that they can't guarantee anything and made it sound like we would get sick very easily by eating anything here.

I wouldn't come here if you have celiac.

Staff was very knowledgeable of what was gluten free and what had a risk of cross contamination. They provide corn tortillas as a substitute for their amazing breakfast burritos.

They have gluten free bread to make French toast, but they used the same grill which gave me a reaction. They have plenty on the menu (eggs, steak, potatoes, etc.) that was gluten free by nature.
