Since I only have to worry about wheat and not all gluten I can afford to be a little less cautious than someone with Celiac's. That said they do seem to be somewhat educated and willing to work with customers on their specific needs. I was allowed to substitute a toasted GF roll for my breakfast toast and they have several options so I don't always have to choose the same thing.
Some reviews mentioned GF pancakes or waffles. I have never seen that on the menu.
