Review of Superior Phở

I have been going to Superior Pho for years and they have the best pho in Cleveland. Their broth is gluten free! I always get the brisket and eye-roundsteak (#3) and the only ingredient that has gluten is the hoisin sauce which comes on the side. I tell them I have celiac when I order and that I don't need the hoisin, as it comes in a plastic container they fill themselves rather than a sealed packet. I have never been sick after eating here.

They do have banh mi and other gluten-containing options on the menu. I can't speak to which of their other dishes are gluten free because I always get pho! It's so good I never want anything else. It's a must try and a staple in Cleveland for gluten-free and gluten eaters alike!
