It’s located in the food court but taste like it should have its own restaurant. The menu is truly GF and I enjoyed my grilled grouper tacos and the margarita was refreshing.

This place is at a food court. Took us a minute to find it. They have EVERYTHING GF. I have celiac and I am extremely reactive. Had the pork tacos, ceviche, and the guacamole. The food was phenomenal!!!

Most items are marked gluten free on the menu and the employees said it was not problem to keep my food GF. Plus it was absolutely delicious! I had teriyaki chicken and sweet and spicy pork tacos.

The restaurant dedicated gluten free and is located at a food court which is inside a renovated industrial building. The food is very trendy and tastes good if you are open to non-traditional Mexican food. If you are looking for traditional, this is not the place.

I ordered tacos with deep fried pork belly and my wife got the tacos with pulled pork. We shared an order of refried black beans and chips.

The chips were very thick and had no salt. The bean dip was good. I liked my tacos but my wife did not care for hers. I tried them and they tasted fine. Very messy but they are tacos and that’s the way they are. Only thing I would skip is the chips.

The Foundry is a large indoor food court with a bar, outside seating, free parking, and sometimes live music. The food here was great with a wide variety of choices. It was great that my non-celiac friends could chose other eateries and we could all sit together.

This place was unbelievably good. Unique Yucatan based Mexican food. Everything here is gluten free and the brothers who own it were friendly and very proud of their food and rightly so. the citrus turkey was unlike any turkey or poultry I've ever had. Their hot sauce is really good too, if you like really spicy things. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here often.

Wow. Amazing flavor. I got the 3 tacos with corn tacos on the side. Nothing else comes with it but the pork and tacos. Just so you know… the tacos don’t need anything else. Delicious. Happiness is a warm taco

Absolutely amazing authentic Mexican and 100% gluten free establishment within the Foundry! The chefs were extremely helpful and assured me everything was gluten free and no risk of cross contact. It was a Celiac’s dream! The food was incredible and I thought very reasonably priced, especially with how much they give you.

Amazing Yucatán authentic food. Entire menu is GF. Our favorite was the Pavo en escabeche with tangy citrus turkey and Cochinita pibil (tacos) with pulled pork. The apple soda was a delicious way to wash it all down.
