They have a gluten free menu to help navigate better choices when trying to avoid gluten. I wouldn’t eat here if you were a sensitive celiac. There is no separate fryer, so only soft corn tortillas are a safe option for most. I am non-celiac gluten intolerant. I get very ill from gluten but am not highly sensitive to cc. That being said, I ordered the taquetos because I am ok with a shared fryer. They were good and I had no problems. Ask for the gluten free menu at the counter.
