Surf Taco

Agree with the others, the flavors were a bit bland, but the girl who took my order was really nice and explained everything about CC. Most tacos can be on corn tortillas and they pack them pretty full. Salsa is delicious too, but the chips may be risky. Fried in same fryer as gluten. It did not make me sick and I have an allergy, but not worth the risk for everyone.

I don't understand why people are obsessed with this place. It's bland and there's cc.

The food is great! However, I rated 3 stars because in terms of gf they don't think like someone who has an allergy or sensitivity - so you will have to do your homework. For example, they have limited options when it comes to ordering a corn tortilla or rice bowls. You can only get tempura cod or blackened Mahi mahi on some of these options. So, hopefully you're up for some mahi mahi!

Although not. Gf place and cross contamination is likely, it is one of my favorite places to eat at the shore. Food is fresh and delicious and servers are very nice.

Great options, I have yet to have a reaction from Surf taco. All food is delicious and the only main thing that isn't gluten free are the chips or obvious flour tortillas. Anything made with corn tortilla or over lettuce with rice is gluten free.

I always order the grilled fish tacos here they are delicious with a pineapple salsa and corn tortilla. They do not have a dedicated fryer for the chips. FYI so I don't order those. You're right

Very good a lot of the food can be made GF! Not the chips tho.. made in same fryer but I took it home and ate with my own chips.
