I have ordered twice, and the food was delicious both times. I'm a silent celiac, but when I reached out to ask about the potential for cross-contact (their breads contain gluten), I received this response: "We do not cook any items with gluten in our kitchen . Breads and other items which has gluten in it is cooked at our other location. You are safe to order from us. Suryaindiancaterers.com"
