I was glutened bad. I should have lost confidence when I found things marked GF that I confirmed did contain gluten, but I still ordered the veg roll without the sweet soy (the roll is marked GF but the sweet soy is no GF) and a build your own with spicy tuna and fresh tuna and the mandarin ginger sauce. All was marked GF. And I had the Cajun edamame. My reaction was bad enough it doesn’t seem like just cross contamination. It feels like the time I ate a bowl of pasta that I later found out wasn’t GF. There was a Five Guys right across the street and I wish I saw that first and ate there.

I have eaten here a few times and love it! Prices are great, they are very careful, and items are clearly labeled! They will change gloves, put your container on a clean cutting board, and even will get ingredients from the fridge if worried about cross contamination on the line!

huge gluten free menu. I had a big sushi bowl with spicy salmon and spicy tuna, rice, veggies and other topping and spicy mayo. the woman who took my order was very careful with my food and kind. great food and great atmosphere!
