Gluten free sushi, prepared my sushi separately and with new/clean everything. Very knowledgeable staff. Only problem is the have no idea if their sodas are g/f or not. They are from a small company that doesn't have a website.

This place is NOT safe for celiacs. I asked the chef if he could change his gloves to prepare my meal. He said he could but the amount of gluten on the kitchen counter and contaminated ingredients would make me sick anyway. I wouldn't recommend eating here if you're a celiac

Absolutely fantastic!!! Nice menu with a wide range of items that can be made V/GF and a very knowledgable staff. Kids loved the GF miso soup and the hubby and I were very pleased with the freshness of the fish and veggies. They also have GF soy sauce in house which was a pleasant discovery.

The gluten free menu is online, but they can make a very large number of their sushi gluten free. Very tasty! They also have gluten free soy sauce. Make sure to inform your server that you are ordering gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable.
