I have eaten here a few times and there is almost always a communication struggle. I try to stick with basic sushi and fried rice (it comes out shaped like a bowl when it's GF, when not GF it comes out traditionally on the plate). My non GF family love this place! If you are super sensitive, maybe bring your own GF soy sauce, but I have had no reactions getting veggie sushi, veggies, fried rice, salmon and tuna sushi. Ask for their GF menu.
