Ingredients are clearly labeled for GF and DF. The assembly station is very clean and the staff changed gloves and washed knife when I informed of gluten allergy. I went with California roll, and it was awesome to have several sauce options.

Great menu labeling made it easy to eat here. Tasted amazing! I don’t have Celiac, but a wheat allergy that reacts immediately. No reaction here!
