Fantastic sushi, GF soy sauce readily available, and both times we went we saw the chefs continuously changing gloves. My girlfriend is very gluten sensitive and had no issues there.

Staff told me wasabi and mayo were not gluten free, so I didn't risk them. Tamari is easily available.

I was a little nervous eating here because of the language barrier, and stuck to obviously GF sashimi after grabbing something off the belt that had imitation crab. The salmon is by far the tastiest!

I absolutely love this place! I eat here at least once a week, have never gotten sick and I am very sensitive. I usually mix it up between the spicy shrimp rolls, pepper tuna, seared salmon, shrimp, squid salad, baked mussels , seaweed salad, and octopus. I can eat anything here as long as I stay away from the imitation crab, deep fried rolls, or anything with tempura. They have gluten free soy sauce/tamari all over the place for you, and their spicy mayo and teriyaki are both gluten free! I would give this place 10 stars I love it so much!

Great tasting sushi. I like the Philadelphia Roll, tamago, seaweed salad, shrimp, and more. They had gf soy. Wasabi is gf but make sure it is not cross contaminated with regular soy sauce. When ordering ask for gluten free. I am very sensitive and haven't had problems taking items off the conveyor system.

Silly me. I cried when I ate here the first time - so happy. I love sushi and thought it was off my list forever. Eaten here twice with no problem. I am very sensitive. The staff does not speak English very well but I ask for the gluten free Tamari soy sauce. The wasabi, smoked salmon, white rice, seaweed salad, shrimp and cream cheese are all gf. Cross contamination can be an issue. Next time I go, I will take the Japanese language gluten free instructions from Triumph Dining.

Overall, good quality sushi at a great price. What shines is their salmon rolls and nigiri are excellent! We eat here very regularly and have had almost no cross contamination problems. We bring our own bottle of GF tamari but they do keep a bottle handy for folks who ask.
