Sushi Daruma

Dedicated gluten free menu! Very good sushi, fresh fish and interesting combinations. GF soya sauce for eat in and take out. I have been eating here gluten free for about 10 years, going at least once a month. It’s my go to spot! I’m very sensitive and have never gotten sick. They are very careful with gluten free.

This place is very affordable, they have to go packets of GF soy sauce, it’s my go to when I’m craving sushi

While I so appreciate that they have a dedicated GF menu and our waitress was attentive— this was perhaps the worst sushi I’ve ever had, even including grocery store sushi. Teeny, tiny (almost microscopic!) pieces of fish in their maki— their “spicy” rolls were nothing but a (too generous) squirt of straight srichacha (sp?) sauce directly over a regular roll. Highly disappointing, as we were so looking forward to it. I do not recommend.

There is a gluten free menu with a good amount of options. Prices are affordable. Service can be slow, but staff is very friendly.
