My son has celiac disease and we have eaten here 3 times without him becoming ill. We discuss ingredients with the waiters each time, and if we are concerned we have them remove or substitute the offender from the roll. They are very accommodating. No one is perfect, I am sure mistakes can happen, but that is the risk you take with eating out. We feel this place is a success, especially when most sushi places do not even offer gf.

I decided to try based on many good reviews. Told server I had Celiac and needed gluten free. She did not tell me sweet potato had breading. Since it was in sushi roll I did not notice until I ate first one. I got extremely sick after. Staff kept telling me I could visit Urgent Care next door to get medicine. I wish there was a medicine that would help.

You can request gluten-free soy sauce. Most items on the menu can be made with gluten-free soy sauce. The tempura items can be steamed instead of breaded and fried. The waitress I had was very knowledgeable about gluten free food and extremely accommodating and helpful. And the food was delicious!!! I was so pleased with this restaurant!!
