Most of their pre-made rolls, burritos (yes, sushi burritos), and bowls are not gluten or wheat free but their menu is labeled clearly with what has wheat in it. I did the make your own option and there was plenty of GF options that way
— Somewhat
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu

Don’t eat here. I was up all night sick. At least one item on the menu—the masa go—was mislabeled as being gluten free when it wasn’t. Not sure what got me, if it was actually gluten or if it was bad fish but I definitely got really sick.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
— Poor
Most items on the menu are marked “contains wheat” but can be made by subbing out one or two ingredients. They have GF soy sauce and a special allergen board that they made my rolls on. I appreciated the extra effort and didn’t get sick!
